A presentation that closes the deal — even when you're not in the room.

I don't build pretty slides. I build a logic of persuasion, tailored to a specific audience — so your product is understood, valued and chosen at every stage of approval.

Problems

I know why your slides didn't work

[ 4 familiar situations ]
01

Slides talk about you

The client never sees what's in it for them

02

Slides only work for one person

Forward them and the context disappears

03

The file is too heavy

There's no single, clear document that works everywhere

04

Data without a story

Raw numbers and walls of text, with no takeaway

Solution

One clear document that does the talking

I build material that explains your value with no specialist in the room and holds up through internal approval on the client's side. You don't just get beautiful slides — you get a logic of persuasion tailored to a specific buyer — so your product gets chosen at every stage.

Services

Four formats that work for you

Most designers open PowerPoint straight away. I don't. First I work out how your buyer thinks, then I build the argument, and only then do I design.

01

Study your buyer

What feels risky to them, what builds trust, and the exact words they use to describe the problem. Not guesswork — public industry research and your real sales calls.

02

Build the logic of persuasion

The structure works like a script: every slide moves the deal one step forward. You approve it as plain text before any design — while changes still cost nothing.

03

Write in the buyer's language

Not “our advantages” but “here’s what changes in your day-to-day.” Every claim passes one test: is it clear in five seconds, without reading the whole slide?

04

Four checkpoints, no surprises

Structure → copy → style → sample slides. At every step you see the work and shape the message, so the final version needs no rework.

A partner deck is not a sales deck; the logic is different. I start with your partner's strategic goals, not with your product.

01

Study the partner's goals

What do they need in order to grow? Which risks won't they take? What do they expect from a partner? Those answers come before a single word is written.

02

Build the logic of value

Every slide answers one of the partner's questions. The structure moves from their goals to your offer, not the other way around — and it's approved as text before design.

03

Address the fear of risk

The main objection is always “what if this doesn’t work?” The deck answers it directly: here’s how your partner’s interests are protected.

04

Four checkpoints

Structure → copy → style → sample slides. No surprises at the end, because you shaped every stage.

This one is different from the rest: you already have the content. My job is the narrative, the headlines, and the visuals — nothing more, and nothing less.

01

Find the key message

Of everything in your data, what is the one thing the reader must remember? Until that's clear, the document doesn't get started.

02

Build the narrative structure

The order of sections and the flow of the argument. Data is arranged by how strongly it makes the case, not by date.

03

Write headlines that say something

Not “Revenue” but “Revenue grew 40%, with enterprise now 60% of the total.” Anyone who only skims the headlines still gets the whole story.

04

Visualise the data

The right chart for each kind of data. Big tables go to the appendix; only what reads at a glance stays in the body.

Discuss this service

This is the one format where I start with positioning. Until we can say who you are in a single sentence, no slide gets built.

01

Define the positioning

Who you are, who you're for, and why you — in one sentence. Everything else is built on it; without it, design is just a pretty shell.

02

Analyse the audience

Investors, partners, candidates, journalists — each arrives with a different question. The structure lets every one of them find their answer without reading the whole document.

03

Build the narrative

Not an “about us” section, but a story: the problem → your answer → the proof → where you’re heading. The reader should grasp the point, not just collect facts.

04

Four approvals

Positioning → structure → copy → design. We lock each step before moving to the next.

Karina was outstanding. She was able to turn the project in a very short period of time. I also added an additional project - which we agreed upon, but both had quick turns. When there was a question or issue, weekend or night, she responded quickly and updated the project. Easy to work with with lots of interaction when I needed!
